The Phoenix Suns have been pretty hot, but lost to Utah on Thursday night as they gave up a whopping 41 points in the final period. The Suns got a team-high 30 points from Amare Stoudemire but failed to cash in for pro basketball betting enthusiasts as a 9.5-point home favorite to snap an eight-game ATS winning streak.
Analysis: The Pacers have won two straight against the Suns in this series, beating Phoenix 122-114 on Jan. 13 to cash in as 4-point home underdogs.
However, there is absolutely no way the Pacers are winning this time around as the Suns look to bounce back from their heartbreaking defeat. Phoenix should be favored in this contest by close to double digits, but I like them to cover the NBA betting odds by routing the struggling Pacers in a big way.
Indiana’s last two losses have shown the team has given up on trying to finish out the regular season strong and are ready for the proverbial ‘golf course’.
The Suns cover the spread and win this one by close to 20 points.
